Practice Nia Dance
Nia is a sensory based dance workout that optimizes the body’s natural design.
Nia choreography is body-centered and allows practitioners to connect to nine diverse movement styles: Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, jazz dance, modern dance, Duncan dance, Yoga, Alexander Technique and Teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais.
Nia classes balance form with freedom encouraging people to personalize the movements making choices for pleasure and comfort.

Blissful Freestyle Fridays Nia dance is an energizing blend of both choreography and freeform movement combining dance arts, martial arts and healing arts.
Nia emphasizes community, self-discovery, pleasure and individual expression.
Practiced barefoot to diverse music, each person is invited to move at his or her own level of intensity, adapting the dance to their body’s potential at any given moment. Nia is an ageless and limitless, transformational and effective dance practice for every body, everywhere.
