At Yoga Trekkers, we design our workshops and private instruction with one thing in mind – The Hiker.
Our in-studio Vinyasa Power Yoga and Nia dance practice offerings help our fellow Hikers gain more physical strength, flexibility, balance and awareness in order to make our next hike feel more easeful, accessible and nourishing for our soul.
Workshop offerings culminate in a guided Yoga Trekkers Adventure hike of your choosing, where we can meditate on the wonders of nature and put all that we learned into practice.
